Installation instructions

Manual Install

[Clean install]

1. Start Windows.
2. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
3. Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
   Click Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt Right click -> Run as Administrator.
4. Specify Autorun.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
5. The device driver will be installed automatically.
6. If needed, restart the system.

[Update install]

1. Same step as Uninstall.
2. Same step as Unattended Install.

Unattended Install

1. Start Windows.
2. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
3. Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
   Click Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt Right click -> Run as Administrator
4. Specify Autorun.exe /silent with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
5. The device driver will be installed automatically.
6. If needed, restart the system.
   

Uninstallation instructions

1. Start Windows.
2. Click System, select Device Manager.
   System will pop-up User Account Control dialog, click Continue.
3. Double click Network adapters.
4. Right click at Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 5100/5300, select Uninstall.
5. Enable Delete the driver software for this device, click OK.
6. Device Driver will be uninstalled automatically.
7. If needed, restart the system.
