This package contains following support module:
- To detect and configure the Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Chipset
The following ThinkPad computers are supported:
- ThinkPad G40, G41(*1)
- ThinkPad R50e (*1)
- ThinkPad R51 (Machine Type 2883, 2887, 2888, 2889, 2894 and 2895)(*1)(*2)
- ThinkPad X40 (*1)
Notes:
- (*1) Only Windows 2000/XP are supported.
- (*2) Machine Type 1829, 1830, 1831 and 1836 of ThinkPad R51 family are not supported.
- If you use the Product Recovery function shipped with your ThinkPad to restore the Windows preload environment, you do not need this package. This package is required when you install Windows Operating Systems without the Product Recovery function.
- This program is based on the US version but, this is language independent and can be used with any language system.
