This package provides the Ethernet driver for DOS. The Ethernet driver enables or updates the Ethernet function of the following adapters on the following ThinkPad computers.
- Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection (10/100 Ethernet)
- Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Mobile Connection (Gigabit Ethernet)

This release supports the following IBM system:

- ThinkPad R40 (10/100 Ethernet)
- ThinkPad R50(*2), R50e(*2), R50p(*2), R51(*2)
- ThinkPad T40, T41, T41p, T42
- ThinkPad T40p, T42p (*2)
- ThinkPad X31(*2), X32 (*2)
- ThinkPad X40(*2)

Notes:
- *2: OS/2 is not supported.
- The DOS driver is included only for unattended installation purpose.
