This package installs the software (Ethernet driver) to enable the following device for Gigabit Ethernet support.
- Intel PRO/1000 MT Mobile Connection
This release supports the following ThinkPad systems:
- R50(*1), R50p(*1), R51(*1)
- T41(*1), T41p(*1), T42, T42p
- X31(*1), X32
- X40
Note:
*1: Supports the models with Intel PRO/1000 MT Mobile Connection only.
This program is language independent and can be used with any language system.
- This package supports Intel PRO/1000 MT Mobile Connection device only.
- For the Intel PRO/1000 PL Network Connection device, install the another package;
Intel PRO/1000 LAN Adapter Software Build 162286 or higher.
This package also installs Intel PROSet for Windows Device Manager which is an extension to the Windows Device Manager. After the Intel PROSet software is installed, additional tabs are automatically added to Device Manager.
