Installation instructions
To determine if you should update the utility programs, refer to the "Summary of changes" section.


Install

1. Start Windows.
2. Logon with administrative privileges.
3. Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location is C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\CAMERA
4. Click Start.
5. Click Run.
6. Specify WebcamInstall.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3, and click OK.
   Example: C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\CAMERA\WebcamInstall.EXE
7. Follow the directions displayed. If the message, "Digital Signature Not Found" appears, click OK to continue installing.
8. Restart the system.
   
   

Unattended install
Note: This is for system administrators' use only.

In the step 4. of the Clean Installation procedure type C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\CAMERA\WebcamInstall.EXE -S in the Open box and click OK.

Uninstall instructions

1. Start Windows.
2. Logon with administrative privileges.
3. Click Start, and select Control Panel.
4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
5. Select USB2.0 PC Camera (xxxx).
6. Click Change/Remove.
7. Restart the system.
