This package updates the BIOS (including system program and Embedded Controller program) stored in the ThinkPad computer to fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.

- Z61e, Z61m, Z61p, Z61t
Supported Operating Systems:
- Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit (*1)(*2)
- Windows XP (Home Edition and Professional)
- Windows 2000

- *1: Windows Vista 64-bit supports Intel Core 2 Duo mobile processors only.
- *2: If Windows Vista 64-bit is already installed on your system, then you must use the bootable CD ISO format of this BIOS update.
